Wall display cases are tall free-standing showcases, generally 72 to 78 inches high, designed to line the perimeter of a store. They stand on the floor against a wall rather than mounting to it, and use a full-height glass display window with adjustable shelves to turn otherwise dead wall space into secured selling space.

About Wall Display Cases
The perimeter of a store is the most under-used selling surface most retailers have. A wall case converts it, stacking a full-height glass display window over enclosed base storage so the same footprint both merchandises and holds stock. Because the units stand on the floor and simply sit against the wall, no structural mounting is involved and the layout can be changed later.
The practical difference between models is how much of the height is glass. Full-view cases run the display window nearly the whole way up for maximum visible merchandise. Half-view models split the unit, putting a shorter display window over deeper closed storage below — the better choice when you need somewhere to put backstock and do not want it visible.
Options that matter in practice are adjustable shelving, locking doors, LED or spotlighting, and a mirrored or glass back. A glass back keeps the case from reading as a solid block against the wall; a mirror back visually doubles the merchandise.
