ND Store Fixtures ships nationwide from our facility in San Antonio, TX. Most orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. How your order travels depends on its size and weight.
Parcel vs. LTL freight
Smaller, lighter items ship by parcel carrier (UPS or FedEx) with standard ground service. Oversize and heavy items — such as showcases, gondola runs, and assembled fixtures — ship by LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. Freight cost is quoted separately based on your ship-to ZIP, because it varies by destination and delivery type.
Freight delivery options
Standard LTL freight delivers to a commercial dock or curbside, and liftgate service is included at no extra charge for locations without a dock. We can also arrange residential delivery and white-glove delivery for an additional charge. Let us know your delivery situation when you request a quote so we can price the right service the first time.
Inspect your shipment on delivery
Inspect every freight shipment before you sign for it. If you see crushed cartons, punctures, or other damage, note it on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing, take photos, and keep all packaging. Then contact us right away — documented damage at delivery lets us file a freight claim and replace your item quickly. Signing “clear” for visibly damaged freight can limit what the carrier will cover.
