These terms govern your use of the ND Store Fixtures website and any quote or order you place with us. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Acceptance

By using this site, requesting a quote, or submitting an order, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order with us.

Ordering & pricing

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued; after that, pricing and freight may be re-quoted. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order, including orders where a product was mispriced.

Payment

Online orders are charged at checkout through our payment processor. Quoted orders are confirmed once payment or an approved purchase order is received. We never store full card numbers on our own systems.

Shipping & freight

Smaller items ship by parcel carrier, and oversize items ship by LTL freight quoted separately. Most orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery; please follow the inspection steps on our Shipping & Freight page.

Returns

Returns are handled under our Returns & Warranty policy, which describes eligibility, restocking fees, and how to start a return.

Warranties & disclaimers

Our products carry the structural warranty described on our Returns & Warranty page. Except as stated there, all products are provided “as is” without any other warranty, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ND Store Fixtures is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
