We want you to be satisfied with your fixtures. If something isn't right, here's how returns and warranty coverage work.
30-day returns
You may return unused items in their original, undamaged condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Custom, made-to-order, and clearance items are not eligible for return. A restocking fee may apply to returned freight items to cover inspection and re-stocking.
How to start a return
Contact us before shipping anything back so we can issue a return authorization. Call 1 (800) 230-6373 or email sales@ndstorefixtures.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
Freight returns
For oversize items returned by LTL freight, the customer is responsible for return freight charges and for packing the item securely. We'll help you arrange a carrier. Refunds are issued once the item arrives and passes inspection.
Transit-damage claims
Damage in transit is not a return — it's a freight claim, and our team handles it for you. Note any damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, keep the packaging, and contact us right away. We'll file the claim and arrange a replacement. See our Shipping & Freight page for inspection steps.
1-year structural warranty
Our fixtures are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship affecting structural integrity for one year from delivery, under normal retail use. The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic marks, misuse, improper assembly, or modifications. If a covered defect appears, contact us and we'll repair or replace the item.
